Submission Fees & Deadlines for 2025

Held annually since 1992, the Nightingale Awards are the healthcare furniture and furnishings seal of approval from the healthcare interior designers, architects, facilities managers, and clinicians, who serve as the jurors.

How to Enter

 All entries will be submittied digitally. Create a login (record your password) that will save all your entry information. 

Once you create a login, you will arrive on Part 1 of the entry form—the Rules Page. You will be required to certify that you have read and understood the rules document before receiving access to the entry form. Then you can begin submitting your first entry. You will be able to save it and return later to finish the process if necessary.

Part 1: Read and certify the rules page. 

Part 2: Complete all the profile and contact questions, and indicate Product Category. This helps enormously in planning the jury and predicting the number of entries per category. You can pay for the entry at this point through Sept. 8 to receive the Regular entry fee rate. Return to complete the entry through Oct. 10.

Part 3: Upload the product description/answer questions according to the judging criteria.

Part 4: Upload product images with required photo credit for viewing by the jurors and for the Awards' presentation program.  

Part 5: Pay for the entry by Oct. 10, if you did not do so earlier in Part 2. 

Recognition/Awards

To learn of the winners, Nightingale Awards entrants should plan to attend The Nightingale Awards & Keynote Presentation in Ballroom TBA in the Kansas City Connvention Center on Monday, October 27, 8:00 – 9:15 a.m.  Products also will be featured in the January/February 2026 issue of  Healthcare Design magazine and online.
