Falkbuilt’s solution, Digital Component Construction, is a new, simple offsite approach to Healthcare construction. Digital components are manufactured in our compact factory and shipped to the jobsite for a fast and clean install, with zero dust and virtually no waste onsite.

With Digital Component Construction, trades follow the same process as conventional construction but in a quarter the construction schedule and with far more efficient use of labor onsite. Because construction materials are not cut on the job site, there is no dust or toxins in the air and no need for physical barriers in an existing facility to protect patients and staff, therefore minimizing disruption. And, no construction bins full of waste need to be hauled to the landfill.

We have abundant inventory for prefabricated digital components, which include Super Studs, digital horizontals, cladding and millwork. Cladding and millwork are hermetically sealed in durable and cleanable Falkskin, which unlike porous drywall, is easily sanitized with industrial grade disinfectants. Falkskin will not chip or fade with repeated cleaning.

As well as infection protection and control, Falkbuilt provides superior acoustics and is ADA compliant.

Falkbuilt provides total design flexibility including way finding and calming graphics.

Plumbing and utilities run vertically and/or horizontally within the wall cavity, so sinks etc. can be placed anywhere. Sinks attach directly to the robust cladding without need for additional backing. There is also easy access to med gas in Falkbuilt’s headwalls. Cladding pops off quickly (with a small tool) providing instant access for maintenance.
